Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to first date

booked will be entitled to a full refund.

Cancellations notified 30 days or less & more than 14 days

prior to first date booked will forfeit  full deposits.

Cancellations 14 days or less prior to first date booked

will forfeit all monies paid.

Under certain conditions we may allow a future date to be

re booked within 2 months.

$20 cancellation fee applies for full refunds.

For bookings made with no deposits a full nights

tariff will be charged if  cancellation is not notified

7 days prior to 1st booking date.
